Every Eboxlab support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. By opening this ticket, you hereby agree that if you abandon your digital media or device, and/or if we do not receive any communication from you regarding the digital media or device in a 60 day period, Eboxlab has the right to recycle or otherwise dispose of your digital media or device. Eboxlab will make every effort to contact you by phone and/or email before the media or device is recycled or disposed of.
