A year and a half after the announcement of the GTX 1050 and GTX 1050 Ti graphics cards, NVIDIA finally introduces another model from this budget line. GTX 1050 3 GB promises to become a real hit among gamers who do not want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a gaming rig.

The new video card is an intermediate model between the weak GTX 1050 with 2 GB of video memory and the more powerful Ti-model with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory. The 3 GB of VRAM should power most 1080p video games at medium to high settings.

NVIDIA says the 3GB model features a performance increase of 10% compared to the GTX 1050 2 GB. The official price of the new video card is not yet known. The original GTX 1050 is sold for $ 109, and the Ti-version is for $ 139. Most likely, the new model will cost around 120 dollars.
